We the founders of LANCER SHIELD FORCE have been serving Indian Army since 1875 (British Era). The current fifth generation has started Security Services in 1996. Since last 20 years; we are serving all the Major Corporate, Manufacturing and Engineering Industries, along with the Semi Government offices. And providing the one end solution for Manned Security Services, Armed Troops Services, Technology Solutions, Dog Squad Services, Fire Safety Services and Employment Screening Services. To ensure better service delivery, our Supervisors are responsible for various inputs on daily, weekly, monthly and periodical basis. 1.Daily attendants report of the staff deployed. 2. Daily Supervisor Check Sheet. 3. Weekly/Monthly/periodical Check Sheet. 4. The Client’s facility is continuously monitored and reviewed by our core Operations Team through regular daily day/night checks 5. The Client’s complaints are attended promptly, and solutions provided with-in committed time frame.
