Land Banc is the property development arm of the Fortes Holdings, a diversified business group established in the UAE since 1975. Active in property development in Dubai for the last 15 years, Landev has developed a strong track record and reputation for reliable, innovative and quality delivery. Self-funded and with strong relationships and alliances with the entire supply chain that includes banks, architects, contractors and suppliers, the company has grown steadily over the years.
