Land Development Certificates (LDC) was formed in July 1999 and has continued to provide a highly specialised engineering and subdivision certification service for projects across NSW. LDC is committed to the accurate, efficient and timely provision of it certification services and understands the importance of this service to the successful delivery of our clients projects.
LDC has four Registered Certifiers supported by a professional engineering team with significant experience working in all Sydney Local Government Areas (LGA’s) and many regional LGA’s across NSW.
LDC’s certification services include:
- Subdivision Works Certificates (Construction Certificates for Subdivision)
- Low Rise Housing Diversity Code Subdivision approvals for Torrens Subdivision and Strata Subdivision.
