Landcoba was the result of the "spin-off" of the Cartography and Cadastre nucleus of COBA S.A., in 2005, resulting in an autonomous company, more flexible and therefore more geared to jobs that mostly will have to be executed outside Portugal. Its purpose is to provide consulting services in engineering and geomatics, development and implementation of information systems and production and control of digital cartography, including the use of high-definition surveying with LIDAR equipment. Present in three continents, Landcoba has ben working in several geographies with a highly specialized technicians, including geographers, agronomers, territory engineers and cartographers. It has state-of-the-art technology in LIDAR topographic surveys, mobile and static, capable of achieving high yields with high levels of rigor.
