Landmark Memory Care is a community of three -eighteen bed- memory care homes being developed in Lafayette, CO by a family of professional healthcare providers. We have a passion for providing a loving, safe environment for senior adults with Alzheimer's/Dementia. Everything has been designed with memory care in mind- from our safe, secure Central Park which provides opportunities for exercise and socialization to our innovative use of music. Every client has their own private studio with a shower designed for safety. Community areas for activities and dining create opportunies for socializing. It is our desire to create moments of JOY for you and your family as we care for them in this loving atmosphere. Come on home to Landmark!
