We take a holistically design-led approach to listen to your brief, evolve your requirements and see how this contrasts with your existing layout, rather than rushing to recommend an extension or conversion. Rooms can be reimagined, revitalised or circulated to offer better solutions which work for your requirements, without exceeding the budget - but when more space is the solution, we design with cohesion, connection and enhancement. To bring this concept to reality, Landmark Design deploy a mix of traditional and technology-driven media, from sketches and physical models, to 3D images, animations, and Building Information Modelling (BIM). Conversation plays a key role too, to help build an understanding and shape solutions.
