Land Resource Partners is an investment firm specializing in the long-term ownership of strategically positioned, resource rich rural land. We focus on areas experiencing both rapid industrial growth (in energy, power, + technology infrastructure) and limited resource availability. Leveraging our proprietary technology and hyperlocal teams on the ground, we target structural inefficiencies in agricultural land in which we expect the arbitrage between legacy resource allocation and high-growth industrial demand for these critical resources to both endure and widen. LRP structures multiple, long-term, uncorrelated revenue streams from each parcel by monetizing subsurface natural resources and above-ground renewable/real estate leases. This structuring yields asymmetric upside relative to asset-backed downside.
