LandStudies, Inc. is a design-build ecological restoration firm founded in 1989. We believe that the land is a valuable commodity. By properly restoring and managing our natural resources, we improve their function and sustainably maximize their economic potential. We have assisted clients on projects throughout the Mid-Atlantic region, specifically focusing on water resource issues and the challenges facing the Chesapeake Bay Watershed. As a design-build company, we boast an ecological construction division comprised of experienced construction managers and field operations crew who provide the licensure, materials, personnel and skills necessary to produce quality naturalized landscapes.
