Lane Fire Authority was established in July 2012 through an Inter-Governmental Agreement between Lane County Fire District #1 and Lane Rural Fire / Rescue.
Lane Fire Authority is dedicated to providing our community with the best possible, effective and affordable, fire and life safety services and education, to protect and save lives, property, and the environment, while maintaining a professional, safe and hospitable work environment for our members.
Our members respond to a wide variety of emergencies, such as, fire suppression, medical calls, ambulance transport, hazardous material incidents, technical rescues, wildland/grass fires and much more.
