Langs, "pronounced as lens," is an interactive game for language learning. Our mission is to "provide tools for world citizens to perceive the world through language lenses."
Believing in language’s power as lenses to look into the world and understand the perspectives of people with different cultural and societal backgrounds, we not only expect Langs App to teach users various languages in an innovative gaming format but also to adopt a new perspective to experience and immerse in another culture and society through the simulated learning scenarios.
We hope this new language learning format can attract people to learn beyond languages and eliminate their stereotypes of people who are in the same species but speak different languages.
Gameplay: Users interact with virtual NPCs and complete language-learning tasks in different real-life scenarios to learn and apply localized expressions under the cultural and societal context.
