At LSC, we provide tailored language access and policy support services to bridge the barriers between existing and new Americans. We promote integration and collaboration by providing culturally competent immigration support services to people of African descent. We support inclusive economic policy by providing various services to public and private organizations serving this population. Our objectives: • to meet the needs of African immigrants struggling to integrate into the complex American system they are part of • to help public & private organizations implement and enforce the constitutional requirement of providing language access to all LEPs • To build capacity to provide interpretation of various African languages within the US system • To support inclusive policymaking through culturally competent program design & evaluation Our services include: Language Access: Interpretation & translation (French/African languages) / • Cultural Awareness Training & Capacity Building • Immigration & Integration Consulting • Program Development & Evaluation • Data & Policy Analysis
