In 2024, we are launching a first of its kind property management platform for property owners wherein they will be able to self-manage their properties with minimal effort. Our founders came up with this idea to create a property self-management app in 2020 during COVID lock downs in Melbourne. Having dealt with real estate agents managing their properties and being tenants themselves, our founders saw that the only primary services the agents provide are - inspect the property regularly, collect the rent, and be a medium to get maintenance requests from tenants. All these services by agents with poor customer service and number of complaints from both property owners and tenants. Then why is this not something done digitally.
