I use a client-centered approach that is collaborative, non-judgmental, and empathetic, with the hope to provide a safe place to process life's curveballs together because sometimes life is just hard.
Whether it be your spouse, dating apps, colleagues, a toxic boss, in-laws, friendships, or parenting, sometimes it is nice to have someone to walk through the valleys with you to help you navigate in a way that serves your mental health.
We carry so much shame as humans. When we share things we have kept a secret, we allow the weights holding us down to slowly dissipate so we can more fully experience and enjoy life. I find it a great honor to get to witness the tender and vulnerable parts of humans that make us us.
