Lapalaka Property Projects is a privately owned real estate development and investment company, located in Johannesburg, South Africa. Our name Lapalaka is derived from the Sesotho word meaning "home of my own".
Lapalaka has developed well over 4,500 homes since establishment in 1989. We specialise in multi-storey, residential apartments, covering all markets of housing, ranging from affordable-mid to high-end communities. In addition we have cast a strong focus on student accommodation and industrial developments.
Our strengths lie in the beneficiation of undeveloped land and property development itself. With project management and co-ordination at the core of our capabilities, we have built up an established reputation for innovative design solutions, combined with excellent workmanship.
For over 25 years, Lapalaka's committed staff and long-standing partnerships, together with the brightest and most talented designers, architects, contractors and realtors, have allowed us to provide the highest quality in real estate properties.
Lapalaka manages the financing, development and construction for all of its real estate development projects.
We also collaborate with external brokers representing tenants who are looking for new space.
