Led by sommelier and founder Daniel Johnnes, our small yet highly dynamic and productive team boasts over 80 combined years of sommelier experience on the floor as well as deep knowledge and experience in experiential event planning and production, marketing, and customer service. Pressoir and its annual Festivals – La Paulée, La Fête du Champagne, Convivio del Vino and La Tablée – are born of a deep love for wine and culture.
