LAPIS Real Estate & Design founders: Hillery Stephens & Tera Dallas Hillery’s career includes time at the Texas State Capital, working in various positions for several senators. She changed paths and has been a successful Real Estate Broker for over 20 years. Her expertise includes residential sales, leasing, property management, new home construction and rehabilitation. Hillery’s collaborative skills, clear communication, and attention to detail help her clients feel a sense of confidence, knowing that their project will be exceptional in every way. Creatively, Hillery’s style is representative of timeless, sophisticated décor that ranges from classic to contemporary, with global design inspiration. Tera is a second generation Austinite and has been a licensed Realtor since 1994. Tera has merged her 20+ years of real estate experience with her 10 years of design experience to provide more services than the average Realtor.
