For 28 years, L’Aquila has been sourcing and developing the best Mediterranean vegetable ingredients to meet British specifications and tastes for food retail, catering wholesale and food manufacturing customers. From sandwich and pizza toppings to larder staples, our range includes wild and exotic dried mushrooms, truffles, chargrilled and marinated Mediterranean vegetables, olives, sun-dried and semi-dried tomatoes, vegetable purées, selected Italian pulses and cereals, smoked paprika and saffron. Alongside our own brands, we create ingredients highly bespoke to our customers’ specifications, and supply own-label products. Being a relatively small, privately owned business, provides the opportunity to offer great flexibility to our customers in terms of manufacturing and product evolution. We love the challenge of working with development chefs on a new recipe, we love to strive for perfection.
