Lariat Management is a privately held commercial real estate lending platform which directly originates and manages CRE credit opportunities across the U.S. Founded in 2024, we focus on core-plus, value-add, and opportunistic loans on behalf of separate accounts and proprietary capital. We combine extensive institutional credit investment and management experience with decades spent acquiring, owning, and operating assets. We focus on markets and assets where we can apply institutional process, entrepreneurial creativity, and operational expertise to unlock inefficiencies and create value.
