Established in 1914, Larkhall Athletic Football Club has a rich history that spans over a century. Situated in the charming Larkhall area of Bath, Somerset, England, our club has been a beacon of footballing tradition and community spirit. Over the years, we have achieved numerous accolades and milestones that underscore our commitment to the beautiful game and our local community. In 2008, Larkhall was honoured as the BANES Club of the Year. The following year, the Bath Chronicle selected Larkhall as the local sports team of the year, a testament to the outstanding achievements in a region teeming with sporting talent. In 2011, two of our club's most dedicated officials were lauded by the Somerset County FA, with awards for Somerset County FA Volunteer of the Year and a Long Service Award. A crowning moment came in July 2015 when we were bestowed with the FA Charter Standard Community Club of the Year award by the Somerset FA, a testament to our unwavering commitment to community football. On the pitch, we've demonstrated our footballing prowess with notable achievements, including reaching the semi-finals of the League Challenge Cup during the 2017-18 season. Our commitment to excellence is also reflected in our honours, including the Western League Premier Division championship in 2010-11 and the Western League Double in 2013-14, winning the Premier Division and the Les Phillips Cup. Additionally, we secured Division One championships in 1988-89 and 2008-09, while also clinching the Somerset Senior League Cup in 1974-75 and the Somerset Senior Cup in 1975-76 and 2003-04. We are eager to build upon the success and enjoyment of our first decade in this prestigious Southern league.
