At Larkr, our mission is to provide hope and support for people in need by providing accessible mental health care through our mobile telepsychology platform and curated provider network. The app also supports multi-user, multi-location conferences for convenient group, family, or couples counseling sessions. All therapists on LARKR must be U.S.-based and state-certified to practice, and focus on impactful talk therapy via video chat, rather than impersonal phone calls, text messaging or simply prescribing medication to treat symptoms. LARKR’s forward-thinking smartphone app significantly minimizes the top three barriers that keep an estimated 60% of Americans who suffer from mental illness from receiving care – price, accessibility, and stigma.
