Larkstone Supported Living provide high quality supported living services throughout Devon, via domiciliary care and support organisation for adults with complex needs and disabilities, including acquired brain injury, learning disabilities, mental health and autism.
To enable our service users to live as independently as possible in their own homes, we provide services, which assist in the management, support and care for those aged eighteen and over, with various complex disabilities.
At Larkstone Supported Living; we provide a range of domiciliary care services for individuals with acquired brain injuries; mental health needs and issues; learning disabilities; autism and Aspergers; and other complex disabilities – and all our services are designed to help achieve positive outcomes.
For this to be effective, we believe that individuals must be recognised and supported as active assessors of their own needs, planners of their own support and services; as well as co-producers of their own outcomes; which is why all services provided by Larkstone Supported Living, are subject to continuous appraisals and ongoing assessments to ensure we continue to provide a tailored service, which assists and helps our service users.
Our services are focused on Person Centred Working; meaning that the domiciliary care we provide is tailored to the needs and requirements of the individual; whilst also being designed to help promote individuality amongst our service users.
