LTC started out as an affiliate of The GAP group: an indigenous real estate and surveying firm that has been in operations since 1992. Initially registered as Larry Turner Enterprises, the company was officially inaugurated as a private company limited by shares, in 2020 under the name Larry Turner Construction Limited.
