Lartecono Davinci, formerly known as Davinci Gelato, is a leading provider of artisanal gelato, renowned for its commitment to quality, innovation, and authentic Italian flavours. Based in Athens, Greece, the company combines traditional gelato-making techniques with modern culinary artistry to create unforgettable taste experiences.
The first Davinci Artisan Gelato opened on Mykonos Island, Greece, in the summer of 2012 by a team of food and beverage experts. Their vision was straightforward: to produce all fresh ingredients daily in-house, based on traditional Mediterranean recipes, combining old techniques with the latest technology, without using fat or preservatives.
In 2014 Davinci opened the second shop in the vibrant area of Monastiraki in the centre of Athens. In 2016, Davinci successfully opened two new stores, one in Kifisia and another in Plaka.
The expansion continued with two new stores in 2017 in Rhodes and Crete, and another two in 2018 on Aegina Island and Larnaca Cyprus. Davinci opened two more stores in 2021, one in Glyfada and one in Thessaloniki Airport, followed by a new store in 2022 in Piraeus.
The growth trajectory continued with three new stores in 2023 in Mykonos Airport, Paphos, and the Mall of Cyprus. In 2024, the company opened its second shop in Paphos Cyprus and its first shop in France.
