Las chachitas sont nées d’une rencontre franco-mexicaine, chachita (Angelica) et chachito (Fabien).
Depuis des années, rencontrant des difficultés pour trouver de vraies sauces piquantes mexicaines en France, “Chachita a développé
ses propres recettes faites maison.”
Petit à petit, et face à leur succès dans notre entourage, l'idée a germé d'en faire un projet commun, avec pour objectif de fabriquer des
sauces 100% mexicaines, 100% made in France.
Nos sauces ont pour vocation de finir sur la table à chaque repas, comme un condiment afin de relever les plats, comme au Mexique.
Nous avons sélectionné ensemble des ingrédients typiquement mexicains, de qualité, piments serrano, piments jalapeño, piments habanero, piments arbol, tomatillos, afin de vous faire découvrir les saveurs du Mexique.
Résultat, une gamme de sauces mexicaines artisanales, produites en France. À partir d’ingrédients soigneusement sélectionnés, à 95%
origine France, dont 56% origine Provence.
