Las Vermudas University, our educational arm -devoted to the creation of an informed, joyous and responsible vermouth culture- offers workshops and activities around this fascinating drink, a real treasure of the Mediterranean culture. Las Vermudas has its own geography, its embassies and consulates, its sovereign currency: the "Vermudollar" and of course, its own Constitution, which advocates as higher values the passion for vermouth, good food and friendship.
