Lasatec is an industrial holding company whose mission is to acquire businesses in a variety of industries, typically with a content of mechanical and electric engineering. Lastec was founded in 1995 by a group of entrepreneurs and remains till today a private owned company. Lasatec today comprises a large number of companies and manufacturing plants in the four continents, with over 1,900 employees globally and a total revenue that exceeds EUR 300 million. All businesses operate independently and are run by experienced managers selected by Lasatec, who carefully oversee the strategy and dedicates the necessary resources to successfully run each business.
