We have been specialising in laser cleaning of anilox rolls since 2010. Our LaserEcoClean™ patented technology has satisfied lots of printers. We have more than 700 clients. We clean anilox rolls in flexo, offset and corrugated board presses. The LaserEcoClean technology we offer is very efficient; it eliminates anilox rolls from all residues, accumulated in the roll cells (dried inks, varnishes, etc.) with no damage to the engraved surface of the roll. We clean anilox rolls in our office in Hanau, Germany or provide mobile cleaning at any place in the EU using our LaserEcoClean Mobile Cleaning System. Anilox rolls and sleeves from 100 to 2500mm in length are cleaned off-line, while rolls 5500mm-long are cleaned in-line.
