LaserPin is MIATEX, an ITALIAN company based in Milan and born in 1949 that made history in designing and manufacturing solutions for the processing of films materials, specialized in the automation world.
Heir of MIATEX, the company founded around the 50s that has been within the first ones in the world to design and manufacture micro perforation machinery for various types of materials. Subsequently, it expanded its activities producing hot micro perforation units.
It quickly followed the development of fibrillation units, equipment, bars, cylinders, rolls and right after, a dedicated department to unwinders-winders.
Over the years, Miatex has also designed and produced slitting, pre-cutting and multi-cutting, fibrillation and other units for a wide variety of material applications.
With the new ownership and a generational change came with the new millennium, LaserPin has expanded its production range also designing and manufacturing macro-perforating units, also called punching units, and remaining a point of reference for technical support and spare parts.
It has also introduced laser perforating units within its range of proposal.
Today, LaserPin remains a strong and reliable partner, with invaluable ‘know-how’ inherited from Miatex and more than 70 years of experience, offering its customers in the global market solutions for their specific and customized needs.
