The Partnership was formed in 1987 and the two original partners, Martin Last and Adrian Tricker, both remain.
The central Ipswich office employs five architectural designers ranging from 19 to 52 years of age. All are professionally qualified, able to work under pressure to a high standard both in terms of scheme design drawings and construction drawings. We employ a full-time secretary responsible for the day-to-day running of the office.
We feel that we have become a well-known, reliable practice, able to provide and maintain a high level of service. We have a team ethic and encourage our staff to have direct client contact.
Our main workload has been residential development including both affordable and market housing. We have been engaged on projects ranging from single dwellings to 100 dwellings.
We have delivered successful schemes in the leisure/licenced trade industry and commercial and office sector.
We believe we have good working relationships with Planning and Building Control Authorities as well as all consultants necessary to ensure a successful completed development.
