The Last Post Fund is a national non-profit organization, established in 1909. For over 100 years, our mission has been to ensure that no Veterans be denied a dignified funeral or burial, due to lack of funds at the time of passing. The Last Post Fund has been mandated to deliver the Funeral and Burial Program, on behalf of Veterans Affairs Canada. Le Fonds du Souvenir est un organisme à but non luctratif national, fondé en 1909.
