Founded in 2015, Latache is a special situations asset management firm. Our main specialty is structured credit, seeking differentiated returns investing in opportunistic, non-obvious and non-competitive transactions.
We invest in cash generating companies through credit and equity like instruments issued by companies that are overlooked by Brazilian large lenders. Our sweetspot are deals where our capital will make the difference, whether by optimizing company`s capital structuring or by unlocking value. We expect our counterparts to improve their financials in a way that our capital becomes a vector of transformation. We always act as an activist investor, adding value and with a dedicated team to monitor all our investments, as we do not seek passive investments.
We manage over USD 250 milllion, mainly backed by Brazilian family offices.
