Notre histoire est simple, mais remplie de passion. C’est en 2017 que nous avons décidé de revaloriser notre terre en Beauce en nous lançant dans les cultures émergentes de champignons agroforestiers et d’ail du Québec.
Sur notre terre du rang 9, en Beauce, c’est en famille que nous récoltons patiemment ce que la nature a de plus beau à offrir. Des produits cultivés avec soin et cueillis à la main; des saveurs étonnantes pour une cuisine de souche réconfortante.
Notre mission est de redéfinir l’expression de la cuisine de souche pour le fin gourmet curieux en lui offrant une gamme de condiments à l’ail noir et d’assaisonnements faits à partir des saveurs brutes de la terre.
