Latin Hub UK

We aspire to promote Latin American heritage and solidarity among the UK community, but we are currently focused in South London. We aim to increase visibility and dispel negative stereotypes of Latinxs because positive awareness leads to recognition from institutions and increased opportunities for Latin Americans in the UK. We provide support but we are more interested in enabling peer-to-peer cooperation among members of our community. Promoting solidarity is the most important aspiration we have. We have partnered with grassroots organisations, micro-businesses and advocacy groups to advance this mission by campaigning or delivering projects together. We offer free-online platforms for dissemination of a wide range of activities. We organise cultural events and support aspiring and micro traders by offering free training, promotion and access to markets. Our main cultural event is Carnavalito which is a fringe event within Carnaval del Pueblo (Carnaval); a free-outdoor-festival celebrating the cultural diversity of 19 countries that reaches over 5000 public united by their heritage or interest in Latin America.
