Recognizing the underrepresentation of Hispanic women in leadership roles and the lack of local groups for Latina leaders and professionals, specifically in the GTA, Ontario, Canada, Latina Leaders was created to empower, support, educate and connect them at every stage of their leadership journey—from aspiring students and recent graduates to accomplished entrepreneurs, managers, executives and C-suite executives to help them unlock their fullest potential, break barriers, and shape a brighter future for Latina leadership while honouring our cultural heritage.
