Latinas in Tech (LiT) Seattle joined the amazing LiT network in 2020 to empower and connect with all Latinas living and working in tech in the area, through events and programs focused on three key areas: - Professional development – growing and learning from each other, experts, and leaders in the local tech community. - Mentorship & Networking – building relationships to inspire and mentor, celebrating our accomplishments, and acknowledging everyday diversity and inclusion challenges. - Recruitment – connecting with local tech companies to help them diversify and find great talent from within our network.
