We believe that everyone should have the opportunity to succeed in the tech industry, regardless of their background or identity. As Latinas, we face unique challenges and barriers to entry in the tech industry, but we’re not ones to back down from a challenge. In fact, we’re pretty sure we can fix any computer issue just by staring at it intensely and speaking to it in Spanish. It’s a skill.
