Is a National Stand Up Comedy Contest featuring new and young comedic talent, often in cities and markets where no comedy venue or performance community exists.
Project Successes:
• We targeted 25 cities, and communities where we had no relationships, formed those bonds, and have maintained them for half a decade.
• Engaged with hundreds of comedic minded individuals in small communities and often stoked competition, drive and aspiration in those communities that continued long after we left.
• Created comedy opportunities, and a tangible appreciation for the career of comedy, to young performers,
college students as well as former performers and those with unrealised comedic aspirations.
• Collaborated with local celebrities, Newscasters and Government Officials to act as Talent Judges helping to elevate the visibility of each event.
• Former winners have gone on to be seen on America’s Got Talent, Nickelodeon, Last Comic Standing, and have graced the stages of The Comedy Cellar in New York, and The Comedy Store in Los Angeles.
