Launch Now proposes the revitalization and rehabilitation of its properties for reasons that promote health, economic, educational, aesthetic, cultural and general welfare of the community. By protecting, enhancing and upgrading these important historical buildings, we acknowledge history while simultaneously designing and building for the future with the explicit goal of increasing the occupancy rates, economic vitality, and property values within the Titusville Community Redevelopment Agency, thus providing long-term stability for the surrounding community. We believe Titusville is uniquely positioned to become the Silicon Valley of Space 2.0. We are exhilarated with the opportunity to revitalize historic buildings of this grandeur into vibrant spaces fueled by innovative technology and to ignite new ways in which the downtown community of Titusville will connect.
