LauncHER Engineers Hub is an Award Winning 2024 Tech-for-Women Initiative recognized by the prestigious Techtrends Awards Zambia. LauncHER is a registered non-profit organisation which was founded in 2023 by female engineers, Sitembile Ncube-Kaseka, Namwinga Siame-Chamululu, and Taperewa Namwinga-Kabwe ,with a vision to cultivate an environment where female engineers can promote their confidence, network with fellow engineers, and develop critical skills, ultimately shaping a future where gender equality is the norm in the engineering profession. Mission Our mission at LauncHER Engineers Hub is to cultivate a dynamic and supportive community where female engineers thrive, collaborate, and lead. We are dedicated to bridging the gap between industry and academia, fostering creativity, and driving excellence in engineering through mentorship, skills development, capacity building, design thinking innovation and networking.
