About LaunchMe Advisory
Our mission LaunchMe Advisory assists you with taking off your projects or products and aims to get you in an orbit around the world. Away from the gravitational pull every fresh endeavor or digital transformation has to overcome. About me I have my roots in Entrepreneurship, Product Delivery and Project Management. In the past years I moved gradually to more specialized NetSuite Procure to Pay processes consultancy. As a ZoneCapture specialist I have a deep knowledge of the number 1 P2P app in the NetSuite ecosystem. At Zone & Co (fka Fast Four) I assisted hundreds of customer becoming successful with this App. Escaping the gravity pull = perpetual motion Depending on your current altitude we make a plan tailored to the needs and goals of your organization. We have two concerns: 1. Getting away from the gravity pull of the earth. 2. Ensuring we get in that orbit around the earth and escape the gravitational pull. That first concern is focusing on the low hanging fruit to ensure a steady flow of smaller and bigger successes along the way. To keep us going we need to have things to celebrate now and then, don't we!? Hey, and lets face it. We need to keep our stakeholders on board of our rocket ship for the full ride. The second focus and the one with the most impact on long term is getting away from the gravitational pull. Perpetuity! A launch can only be considered successful if there is sufficient knowledge on board of the rocket ship. The steering wheel should be in the hands of the people that are on board. LaunchMe doesn't, so from day 1 we work on onboarding the right knowledge. Training users to fly the rocket efficiently and skilled. Giving management the tools and knowledge to navigate the towards further automation of processes and decision making. If necessary, assisting with hiring the right people to quickly fill the knowledge gaps. We only consider the launch successful if LaunchMe becomes superfluous some day in the (not so far) future!
