Welcome to LaunchPilot School - A Startup-focussed Business School - where you build a startup, while earning a globally accredited MBA degree and get a chance to work with early-stage global startups. Designed by alumni of IIT, MIT, and NTU Singapore, we aim to close gap between traditional education and the skills needed to thrive at early-stage companies. The future belongs to entrepreneurs, builders, and creators and we aim to be a part of that revolution. For employers and early-stage startups, we prepare talent that thinks like founders, builds like operators, and is ready to drive outcomes from day one. Since 2025, we’ve grown to a community of 200+ learners, run cohorts across Boston, San Francisco, Singapore, Bangalore, and Delhi, and partnered with 20+ universities and 75+ startup leaders who actively mentor and hire from our ecosystem. Our academic and industry partners include the National University of Singapore, EHL Hospitality Business School, American Management University, IBM, Singapore Management University, Animoca Brands, and many more. Past students have found cofounders, build revenue generating businesses, and have raised funding.
