Launch Support PLLC provides comprehensive legal services to companies from startups to public entities, focusing on financial and strategic transactions and corporate governance. Launch Support was founded by Dustin Crawford, an accomplished executive and corporate attorney, having advised companies at all stages of development on over $11 billion in financial and strategic transactions, including angel and venture capital financings, public offerings, capital markets deals, credit facilities, mergers and acquisitions, debt restructuring, and bankruptcy. In addition to his transactional practice, Dustin has extensive experience in public company corporate governance, having advised on significant corporate events such as board reconstitutions, management transitions and stockholder activism, in addition to routine board governance and executive compensation matters. He has also advised on ESG-related matters, including sustainability reporting, board ESG oversight and stakeholder engagement. Since September 2021, Dustin has served as the Chief Legal and Administrative Officer of Intrinsic Medicine (or in similar capacities). His prior roles include key in-house counsel positions with public companies and practice in AM Law 100 firms. Dustin holds a J.D. from Columbia Law School and a B.S. in Biochemistry from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. His diverse background includes political campaign management, teaching in China, experimenting in a nuclear engineering lab and researching solar-powered hydrogen generation.
