Lauren Meltzer

I work with women who are ready for a change. For some, life has thrown a curve ball, for others, a situation no longer fits. It is healthy and normal to want your career, parenting, relationships, and/or health to line up with your current needs and values. I help women pivot by taking stock of their mots current values, set up a new vision, create a plan for how to get there, and then make it happen. I help women clear away the clutter that gets in the way of moving forward toward their "perfect fit" life.
