To do this I focus on the leader you are, the energy of the people you work with and the culture you want to develop. I have a great passion to fully develop human potential. I'd say I like to challenge people, and I welcome them to look for answers inside by putting a mirror in front of them. People describe my style as: challenging, inviting, warm, dynamic and creative. I mainly focus on business leaders, managers and teams. I coach in many different contexts, from creative scale-ups, established SME's or international corporates to artistic and social environments. It’s this mix that I find super interesting. In the end I see similar dynamics in different contexts, where I truly enjoy seeing people change, seeing them grow and stand together as a team.
