Laurshan, Inc. is a family owned and operated General Contracting company started in 1983 by Brian Bradley and Catherine Bradley. Shannon Bradley Niemann, their daughter and also a commercial and residential General Contractor, officially joined the family business in 1999. With over 35 years of construction, design and property development capabilities, we produce exceptional results every time! The Bradley Family understands the magnitude of dependability, quality and an outstanding work ethic. With some of the best superintendents and subcontractors in Arizona, we can handle projects of any scope and size. We build from the ground up, as well as tenant improvement and remodels. Brian Bradley and Shannon Bradley Niemann, have developed into a superior father-daughter team, and are both 3rd and 4th generation General Contractors respectively.
