Lava Cheese was founded in 2017 by two friends who were sitting drinking beer and having some good old fashioned grilled cheese sandwiches. They were both picking at the crispy cheese at the end of the sandwiches - the best part! That is where the idea of Lava Cheese was born!
Lava Cheese is available in every major grocery store in Iceland and we are establishing sales in Sweden and Denmark as well.
