Our mission is to give people more time for the things they love — our customers AND our team members! We do this by providing a range of high quality, meticulously detailed services both inside and outside your home while also supporting the well-being of LGBTQ+ people through living wage job opportunities and skill building. Our starting pay for employees is $20/hour and we bring in experts and tradespeople to teach our team new skills they can add to their resumes. The color Lavender has symbolized LGBTQ+ empowerment, resistance, and celebration for over a century. Plus, its essential oils are healing, cleansing, and calming. We are a company that wants all our customers to feel cozy and held in their homes and all of our team members (owner included) to feel cozy and held at work. Empowerment, resistance, celebration, healing, cleansing, and calming all have the power to make that happen. A trans and queer native of Greenville, owner, Ethan Johnstone (he, him) has been a leader in the LGBTQ+ community for over a decade. He founded Pride Link, a thriving LGBTQ+ non-profit, and co-founded Upstate, SC's first LGBTQ+ community center, the Queer Wellness Center.
