HOW? - THE STORY
Our starting point for Lavos was how could we combine functional and comfortable sportswear with various designed, fashionable clothing in a sustainable way.
RESEARCH at an early stage, it became clear that we had a lengthy phase of research and development ahead of us, because our goal was to create a product that pushes all the boundaries!
DEVELOPMENT After we had found sustainable materials from the best suppliers with the most hi-tech machinery, the development journey had only just begun. We worked on numerous samples to achieve the ultimate composition of yams as well as knitting and finishing techniques that would make you the most functional garments without compromising style or the environment!
We tested our prototypes with marathon runners and yogis to test the garments in their training to ensure that they performed optimally even in the most intense workouts.
PRODUCTION The factory's performance is approximately 65% controlled by specific software to ensure quality. In addition to the strict guidelines for workers, the circular knitting technique reduces labor intensity because minimal cutting and sewing is needed.
