We are providing the solution to our customer’s problems related to the field of Law through our Panel Advocates, Legal Experts, other Professionals like CA, CS, Accountants, Professors, etc. In today’s world the needs of the customer’s changes to a great extent and thus we come out with the full packaged solution to our customers with the integration of technology and professionalism simultaneously. We provide online legal advice through an expert and also provide further support from giving the Legal Notices to filing of the suit in any court of law and then monitoring the case on every date, throughout the country.
Q2. How does ‘Law at Ease’ work
We provide a very simple solution to our customers. You have to either purchase our “Legal Immunity Plan” i.e. “LIP” or take the services directly by purchasing them from relevant page of our Website. Once you purchase the plan you will get the mail from our side informing you the User Id and Password for using the Chat Box where you can chat with a Lawyer in person. Besides this you can also avail the other Plan Specific Services as per your purchase. Once you fix a call for discussion from our expert Lawyer a professional call from our side and after listening to your problem it will be scrutinized by one of our Lawyers and then that problem will be forwarded to an expert of that branch of law to which your problem is related. For eg: If your problem is about some family dispute, then your problem will be sent to the lawyer who is handling family dispute cases. If your problem relates to recovery of loans, then your problem will be forwarded to the Lawyer who is handling the recovery cases.
Then, the Lawyer will do the research work on your problem and then call you with solution.
