Law Forward promotes a progressive vision. We exist to advance the law—to create forward progress, step by step. Through impact litigation, administrative process and public education, we are protecting Wisconsin’s fundamental democratic principles and reviving Wisconsin’s traditional commitment to clean and open government. We develop cases, identifying opportunities to use litigation to transform the law in significant ways. Law Forward works to ensure that state agencies regulate appropriately and fulfill their mandates.
